Booking and Payments

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. Full payment must be made prior to the tour departure date. Prices are subject to change based on availability and currency fluctuations.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made 30 days before departure are eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made within 30 days are non-refundable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we may offer rescheduling options.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

Liability

EuroVenture Tours is not liable for any personal injuries, loss of belongings, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, such as passports and visas.

Code of Conduct

Travelers are expected to respect local cultures, follow group guidelines, and behave responsibly throughout the tour.
